A Friday well spent

Assalamualaikum

Yesterday was 9th May. T'was Izwan's birthday. He's my younger brother btw. I pray that you will be a wiser person n someone who obeys Allah all the time. A lovable person especially to your parents & siblings :)

It was also the day AN n I visited the kids at Rumah Nur Hikmah. The first time we went there was with M (at that time, he was only a friend to me hiks). Masa tu we sent them leftover food from a friend's wedding. Every now n then, I try to make visit to this house as I live nearer to them now.
So yesterday, I made them chicken lasagna. I felt so sedih when they cakap 'lasagna? ape tu?'. Lepas ni I promise myself to bring more food / dessert insyaAllah.
We arrived a little before 6pm. Almost dinner time for the kids. Alhamdulillah I get to bring them lasagna. They makan dengan lazatnya haha. We lepak for a while with the kids, talked with the bibiks then went home. While saying goodbye, a little girl came running n hug me. A while ago I was pushing the buaian for her and some friends. I suddenly felt kesiann sangat2 for the kids. And touched. :(

REJAB

Assalamualaikum

It's the month of Rejab. ALREADY! Phew. Since dah tinggal brape hari je lagi nak Ramadhan, I've decided to start fasting and it is today. Kasi practise la, nanti Ramadhan takde lah semput. Managed to bangun sahur thanks to suami tercinta dok stay up buat kerja. So he kejut me 430am. Panaskan lauk dinner smlm (ha semangat kau mkn nasik sahur!)
This morning I was on this ayat :

“Undoubtedly, the number of months with Allah is twelve in the Book of Allah since the day He created the heavens and the earth. Four of them are sacred. This is the right religion. Therefore, do not wrong yourselves in these months.” [Surah 9, Verse 36]

4 months itu ialah: Zulkaedah, Zulhijjah, Muharram n Rejab. Jadi pada bulan2 ini, try buat more kebaikan. InsyaAllah ganjarannya banyak :)

Last weekend, while we were chilling having coffee at a stall, a man suddenly came to our table, and mintak singgit. So weird because our table was in the middle. That man skipped many2 tables at the entrance, and straight went to ours. Lepas M kasi singgit, he terus keluar from that place.
We were the lucky ones to get selected by him heh :P  Oh well, rezeki dia la nak dpat singgit from kitorg.

ANyhu... Be good. It's Rejab yaw! Ta!
